What happens to the email you leave on this site.
Who is responsible
Cerval Interactive, based in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us through this site. You can reach us at contact@cervalinteractive.com.
What we collect
Only the email address you type into the signup form, and the date you sent it. This site has no tracking cookies and no analytics.
What we use it for
To tell you when Mexihcah: Blood of the Sun has a store page. We don’t sell your email, rent it or share it with anyone.
Where it is kept
Your address is sent to the studio’s inbox and stored in a file on our hosting provider, Hostinger, outside the public part of the site.
Your rights
Under Mexican law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) you can ask to see, correct or delete your email, or object to its use. Write to contact@cervalinteractive.com and we will do it.
